감사로 마치는 한 해

살전 5:16-18

 

1. 항상 기뻐하라

데살로니가교회는 많은 성도들이 잘못된 종말론에 빠져 큰 혼란 가운데 있었습니다. 바울은 깨어있는 성도들이 절망하거나 낙심하지 않도록 편지를 기록하였습니다. 그리고 그 마지막에 항상 기뻐하라고 명령하였습니다. 우리는 어떠한 혼란스러운 상황에서도 마음의 기쁨과 평안을 빼앗겨서는 안 됩니다.

 

2. 쉬지 말고 기도하라

기쁨을 빼앗기지 않기 위하여 반드시 해야 할 일은 기도하는 것입니다. 입을 열어 긍정적인 선포의 기도를 하면 어둠이 물러가고 큰 평안이 우리에게 임하게 됩니다. 절대로 부정적인 말을 하지 마십시오. 대신 긍정적인 언어로 기도하는 시간을 새 해에 꼭 가지시길 바랍니다.

 

3. 범사에 감사하라

항상 기뻐하며 쉬지 않고 기도하는 사람에게 나타나는 열매는 감사입니다. 힘들고 어려운 일이 있었지만 올 해를 지켜주신 하나님께 감사드립니다. 그리고 이제부터는 주님을 의지하여 무조건 감사, 한 평생 감사하는 성도들이 되시길 바랍니다.

 

 

 

Finish the Year with Thanksgiving

1 Thessalonians 5:16-18

 

1. Rejoice Always

The Thessalonian church faced confusion because of false teachings about the end times. To encourage them, Paul wrote a letter reminding them not to lose hope or joy. He commanded them to rejoice always. No matter how hard things get, we must keep joy and peace in our hearts.

 

2. Pray Without Ceasing

To protect our joy, it is essential to pray continually. Positive prayers bring peace and push away darkness. Avoid negative words and focus on praying with faith and hope. Avoid speaking negative words. Instead, commit to times of prayer using positive and life-affirming language in coming new year.

 

3. Give Thanks in All Circumstances

When we rejoice and pray, we naturally learn to give thanks. Even though we’ve had challenges, we can thank God for taking care of us this year. From now on, Let’s trust God and live with a heart full of gratitude every day.
