믿음의 4가지 요소

로마서 4:17-18

 

성경 속 믿음의 사람들에게는 4가지 공통적인 요소가 있습니다.

 

1. 긍정적인 생각

믿음의 사람들은 하나님을 의지하여 늘 생각과 마음을 지켰습니다. 비록 주위의 환경과 조건은 늘 좋지 않지만 믿음의 사람들은 어떠한 상황에서도 긍정적으로 세상을 바라보았습니다. 긍정이 신앙은 아닐지라도, 신앙을 가진 사람들은 반드시 긍정적이어야 합니다.

 

2. 크고 분명한 꿈

두 번째 믿음의 요소는 꿈입니다. 믿음의 사람들은 당장 현실에 아무것도 없을 지라도 주님 안에서 마치 존재하는 것처럼 꿈꾸고 바라보았습니다. 언젠가 이루어질 원대한 꿈을 바라보며 오늘도 절망의 자리에서 벗어날 수 있기를 바랍니다.

 

3. 흔들리지 않는 믿음

세 번째 요소는 흔들리지 않는 믿음입니다. 믿음의 사람들은 뿌리 깊은 나무와 같이 흔들리지 않고 요동하지 않습니다. 어떠한 상황에서도 믿음으로 변함없이 주님을 기쁘시게 할 수 있기를 바랍니다.

 

4. 입술의 고백

마지막 요소는 믿음의 선포입니다. 입술의 고백은 속사람과 연결되어 있어 우리의 삶의 방향을 움직이는 위대한 능력이 있습니다. 믿음의 선포를 통해 하나님 기뻐하시는 생각, 꿈, 믿음을 가질 수 있기를 바랍니다.

 

 

 

 

The Four Elements of the Faith

Romans 4:17-18

 

1. Positive Thinking

Faithful people always rely on God to guard their hearts. Even though their surroundings and circumstances might not be favorable, they maintain a hopeful attitude. While positivity itself may not be faith, those who have faith must embrace a positive mind.

 

2. Clear Dream

The second element of faith is dream and vision. People of faith, even when they had nothing in the present, envisioned and hoped for things as though they already existed in the Lord. By looking toward a great dream that will one day come true, may we rise above moments of despair today.

 

3. Unshakable Faith

The third element is unshakable faith. Like deeply rooted trees, people of faith stand firm and unmovable. No matter the circumstances, may we also remain steadfast in our faith and continue to please the Lord with our unwavering trust.

 

4. Confession of the Lips

The final element is the declaration of faith. Our words are connected to our inner being, holding the power to shape the direction of our lives. Through the confession of faith, may we gain the thoughts, visions, and faith that are pleasing to God.
