 믿음의 능력

히브리서 11:1-3

 

 

1. 믿음으로 증거를 얻음

구약시대는 현실에 나타나는 하나님에 대한 눈에 보이는 증거가 없었습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 저들은 마음속에 가진 '믿음'을 증거로 신앙생활을 하였습니다. 한번 하나님을 경험한 뒤에는 신앙을 포기하거나 뒤로 물러가지 않았습니다. 현실에 나타나는 증거가 아무것도 없어도 하나님 말씀을 기억하며 믿음대로 살고 또 믿음따라 죽었습니다.

 

2. 믿음의 내용

구약의 백성들은 반드시 하나님이 계시다는 것과 하나님이 자기를 찾는 자들에게 상 주시는 좋으신 분이라는 것을 믿었습니다. 어떠한 어려운 순간에도 하나님은 가장 좋은 길로 우리를 인도하신다는 긍정적인 신앙을 통해 현실의 어려움을 뛰어 넘을 수 있었습니다.

 

3. 더 나은 믿음

이제 우리는 구약의 믿음을 본 받아 더 나은 믿음을 갖기 위해 노력해야 합니다. 우리에게는 죽으시고 부활하신 예수 그리스도와 완성된 하나님의 말씀이 있고, 주님이 머리되신 교회에서는 놀라운 성령의 역사가 나타나고 있습니다. 더 나은 믿음으로 승리하는 모두가 되시기를 축복합니다.

 

 

 

 

The Power of Faith

Hebrews 11:1-3

 

1. Obtaining Evidence through Faith

During the Old Testament era, there was no visible evidence of God manifesting in reality. Nevertheless, they lived their lives of faith based on the 'Belief' they held in their hearts as evidence. Once they experienced God, they did not forsake their faith or turn back. Even when there was no tangible evidence, they lived and died according to their faith, remembering the words of God.

 

2. Contents of Faith

The people of the Old Testament believed in the existence of God and that He rewards those earnestly seeking Him. Through a positive faith that God guides us in the best way even in difficult moments, they were able to overcome the challenges of reality.

 

3. A Better Faith

Now, we must learn the faith from Old Testament and endeavor to develop a stronger faith. We know the resurrected Jesus Christ and we have the complete Word of God. Also there are remarkable work of the Holy Spirit in every churches. I hope everyone has the better faith and live a victorious life.
